Rooms need to be cleaned before event starts. The Lower School needs a cooler filled 1/2 way with ice at the entrance by LS office Across the street Pre-School Needs:   an 8ft table by the Federal Highway entrance and a cooler with ice half full

Please set up 10 chairs in room 117 and 118. By 7:30.

Both tables with 6 chairs will be set up by facilities.

Please have gates to the gravel parking lot open. Two blood trucks will park in the gravel parking lot.

We will have parents coming in throughout the day to donate blood.

**The gym floor needs to be covered.

**We need the lift w/ an operator of about an hour and a half.

**5 Roud tables on each side of the gym (5 by the reserved seating and the other five by the bleachers) w/ 10 chairs at each table.

**Breakdown will happen Sunday, September 29th from 9 to 1.

**Two 8 foot tables for DJ in between the two double doors exiting the gym.

**Four 8 foot tables by the lower school glass door entryway.

Security:  The Parents will be arriving at CRPC around 8am.  They can enter the Sanctuary at the North Breezeway Unlooked Doors (only) across form the bathrooms.
